The old man was upset about his thing not getting done and the fact that no one is even bothered to help him. As per the bank’s policy, the customer is required to provide latest ID proof to perform such type of transaction. It was not in their hands to help out the elderly gentleman. The old man, on the other hand, was furious about why the bank can’t help him to resolve the issue. This is when things heated up and Officer Robert Josett was called.
But instead of showing the old man way out, Officer Robert approached him and said – let’s get a new identification card. The old man drove with the officer to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to avail a new identification card.
Soon after getting the new identification card, the officer took the old man back to the bank before its closing hour so that he can withdraw the required money. The old man was very happy that he got to transact the money. He was thankful to Officer Robert Josett who helped him when no one did.
