Who doesn’t adore those little-colored chipping creatures, with small bodies, and the tiniest legs ever? Birds are the most majestic and marvelous creatures.
They are unique in every way. They’re like food, they come in vivid colors, all sorts of shapes, and sizes.
One major thing that makes it hard for photographers, to capture them through photographs, is by how they are swift. They are so fast, that even having them at your hands is nearly impossible.
In every year, we always have various award events taking place, and The Bird Photographer of the Year competition began in 2015.
You couldn’t believe how people came in large numbers. The categories were so many, that even there was the ‘Young Bird Photographer,’ which was for the minor kids. (under the age of 16)
Wow! These photographers are incredible. Look at these pretty photos, that will leave you loving every single type of bird around.
Is this what we call “tongue-tied,” or mouth tied?
This was the ‘finale of the battle’. Sit back, and wait to see who was born a champion.
Of all the portfolios, this was the best portfolio of the year 2017. I don’t know if it’s the red fruit or the cheeky bird!
All in all, the picture is ‘above and beyond.’
“I got my first wheels, and I’m not afraid to use them.”
This bird had to take its first flight, and the photographer wasted no time but captured it the right moment.
“Fishing its like a King.”
Isn’t it awesome? It even looks like it’s praising the highest, as it catches its meal in the air.
“Peek a boo!” We can see you.
I think this Grey Heron, thinks that the surface is his mirror. But, it’s beautiful, so we’ll have to bear with it.
“Aaahh, the famous Willow Grouse, in its natural habitat!”
I even found it hard, noticing it.
At first, I thought it was the dandelion loosing its florets in the air, but it was just the hundreds of birds.
Salute to the photographer, who made the hundreds of birds look blur like they were been erased from existence.
Absolutely stunning! The blending of the colors is just slicker than average.
“Don’t look directly into its eyes, you might go crazy!”
This is such an intense moment, but the owl won’t stop staring and flying away.
This Cygnet’s mom, is so sweet and warm, and that’s where the Cygnet belongs.
It makes me ‘wanna’ snuggle up too!
Don’t forget to be “Owlsome.”
Look at how it blends just fine with its environment.
I would peck out my reflection.
This woodpecker gives me the reason to.
“Spread your wings and fly baby, the sky is the limit.”
Even the Red Kite realized that the sky is the place to be at all times, so it had to lead the way.
“Spread your wings, because it’s time to fly, and own the sky.”
I do envy birds, for one thing, their wings!
This fox called out for its ‘protection crew,’ in the darkest hour, and they availed themselves in the largest squad ever.
This is one “thief of the night”, that will never get caught spying at other people’s houses.
Look at how it evades through the backyard. Cool! Cool!
Chicks going all out with their song.
Leave alone how an airplane land, this pelican lands far much better than it does.
“Flying creatures rock!”
“OMG! Look at this bird’s grin. Oh wait, it’s just the fish’s scales in his mouth.”
The fish had been given the last chance to have its last view.
Slowly wading away like a duck!
I’d say yellow is my favorite color, but then this bird is my favorite. I can’t add anything in my favorite list no more.
I love Pelicans! Their Bills will hold more food than their “Belly can”.
Its face has said it all!
“It was nice to meet you, pal. I love your bravery, so see you on the other side.”
The vulture doesn’t care if it’s too cold, or too dark since that wouldn’t stop it, from flying above the mountain peaks.
“Why are you stalking me?”
Who would you place your bet on? Because, the way I see it, the coots will destroy each other into pieces.
“Can everybody wake up and go grind?”
This photographer deserves two gold trophies, although he got the Young Photographer award.
This worm’s eye view, of this white majestic barn owl, is simply breathtaking!
The little ones didn’t bother calling a taxi for a ride, as mom was their chauffeur.
What an “awesome ride!”
“It’s time to do, the one leg stand exercise.” Do this, and everything else shall fall into place.
Cheers to these amazing photographers, who shot these birds, in their moments for life.
They make nature seem so fine, although it’s so beautiful, don’t you think so?
